The 200+ land subdivision project known as “Little Springs” is located roughly 30km north-west of the Melbourne CBD within Melbourne’s West Growth Corridor.

Space within the development is in high demand, with stage 1 (55 lots) fully presold and 32 lots (of 34) presold in stage 2. Stage 1 has achieved completion, with Certificates of Title being issued and settlements for this stage now largely complete. Stage 2 is well-advanced, with completion forecasted for mid-November, followed by issuance of titles in mid-December.
