Banner is proud to announce they’ll sponsor Melbourne United star, NBA champion and Australian Boomers legend Matthew Dellavedova for the 2023-24 NBL season.

Dellavedova is Australian basketball royalty, having won an NBA championship ring alongside superstar LeBron James at the Cleveland Cavaliers as part of a remarkable career in the United States.

The Maryborough local returned to Australia after signing with Melbourne United for the 2021-22 season before flying back to the US for one last NBA season with the Sacramento Kings.

The 33-year-old, who was a key figure in the Boomers’ bronze medal win at the 2020 Olympics, returns to Melbourne United this year with the dream of adding an NBL title to his large trophy cabinet.

Banner continues to foster their long-standing relationship with Melbourne United and will continue to support United players Shea Ili and Ariel Hukporti this season.
