The Baldivis project involves the construction of a childcare centre and a subdivision of 11 residential lots. The childcare centre will cater to 82 long day care places with outdoor play space and parking facilities. An Agreement for Lease with a childcare operator is near completion, with an anticipated lease term of 20 years (plus extension options).

The Mandurah project involves the development of a childcare centre, a gym and café.  An Agreement for Lease is in place for the childcare centre with a 20-year lease term (plus extension options) and it is anticipated that the gym and café premises agreements will be finalised before completion of construction.

Both projects are being developed by Melbourne-based Bensons Property Group, which Banner has assisted in a number of projects.
