Experienced Greenfields developer OYOB will use this facility to deliver 84 standard residential lots over two stages.

Leading contractor Rokon, who specialise in residential and industrial subdivisions, infrastructure and structural works, and wetland developments, have been awarded the civil works contract.

Located 30km north-west of the CBD, in Melbourne’s West Growth corridor. The development will deliver over 400 residential lots in the Little Springs Estate.

Banner Asset Management also funded Stages 1 and 2 of the development.
