Resimax Group, one of Australia’s largest privately-owned property groups, will use the facility to deliver 184 residential lots, over three stages, in the Eynesbury Estate.

Th 25-hectare land holding has Melton City Council planning approval for the development of 358 residential allotments and 130 medium density allotment over 10 stages.

This project forms part of the larger 1,200 hectare, 4,500 lot development.

Located 40 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD in the booming Western growth corridor. The Eynesbury Estate lies between two fast-growing cities – Melton and Werribee.
