The service station features a 24/7 convenience store, 3 double sided refuelling islands with 6 pumps and 8 parking spaces. A lease is currently in place with 7-Eleven for an initial 12 year term with further extension options.

The project is in the regional growth area of Gympie, located amongst supermarkets, commercial and retail shopping, schools, recreational and residential areas. We believe the asset is a valuable addition to the Gympie community.

The Banner SS&CS Fund commits to projects after the securing of long-term leases to national fuel companies and convenience store operators. These lease commitments provide stable long-term income streams and enhance the stability of the capital value.
