• Investment Strategy of the Fund: The Fund offers fixed income returns secured by mortgages for an investment term of typically 1-4 years.
• Currency: Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Responsible Entity: Banner Capital Management Limited ACN 600 738 181
• Minimum Initial Subscription: AUD 500,000 (subject to Manager’s discretion)
• Additional Subscriptions: AUD 100,000
• Redemption Frequency: Investments are made for the term of the mortgage loan. Early redemptions are at the discretion of the Manager.
• Management Fees and Expenses: All returns to investors are net of fees and management fees are paid by the Borrower.
• Unit Pricing: There is no unit pricing as there are no “units” in the Fund. Members invest in all or part of an individual Sub-Scheme and own a portion of the sub-scheme.
• Eligible Investors: Wholesale Investors as defined in the Corporations Act who are not a ‘United States Person’ as defined in Regulations in the United States Securities Act 1933
• Taxation: Investors should seek their own independent taxation advice to understand the taxation risks associated with investing in the Fund.
• Reporting: Investment updates, distributions Statements and annual financial statements.
• Asset Valuations: All property valuations are undertaken by independent registered valuers appointed by the Manager, and comply with relevant industry standards.
