The development comprises 58 residential units and two accompanying retail stores across nine levels. Plastering, ceiling grids and glazing installation are well advanced on the lower levels of the structure. Completion is anticipated in February 2023.

Pre-sale activity has been strong, with the developer having achieved significant sale commitments, demonstrating the project’s market appeal. The development also contains NDIS standard accommodation, with this portion having been pre-sold to an NDIS provider.
