We are pleased to report that our $150m+ Service Station & Convenience Store Property Fund (Banner SS&CS Fund) continues to develop.
A 24/7 service station and convenience retail store in Mundingburra has reached completion, with the site now operational and trading. We are also pleased to announce that the Gympie property is completed and commenced trading on 8th June. Additionally, construction is expected to begin later this year at the properties in Williamtown, Bald Hills, and Scone.
The Ormeau Hills and Bathurst properties are currently under construction, and well advanced, with expected completion dates in Q3 2023. As we continue to acquire income-producing properties and complete ongoing developments, we anticipate a rise in distributions throughout FY 2023.
