The development consists of 36 strata titled industrial units. The property is located in the suburb of North Rocks, approximately 26 km from the Sydney CBD, and approximately 6 km north from the Parramatta CBD, situated within a well-established and tightly held industrial pocket.

Lease pre-commitments are held for over 40% of the development and construction is due for completion in May 2022.
