Construction has officially reached completion on The Finery, a boutique collection of luxury residences in Brunswick developed by Sedmap Investments. The project, co-funded by Banner Asset Management, was constructed by award-winning builder lurada Property Group.

Located at 267 Lygon Street, Brunswick, the development comprises 30 apartments and six retail units over a five-level building, with a basement car park. The apartments are largely pre-sold, with prices starting from $587,000.

Designed by Shouman Architects, the exterior of the building is made up of bold compositional parts mixed with cascading and climbing vegetation, blending seamlessly with the industrial character of the area.

The generous two- and three-bedroom apartments have been meticulously composed to encourage a balance between ‘live, work and play’, with a rich pallet of concrete, timber, stone, and glass used throughout.

The development features a large communal rooftop, social breakout spaces and a hotel- style lobby designed to encourage connection between residents.
