The $30m+ project is set to comprise 50 residential apartments, five retail tenancies and an office tenancy upon completion, which is slated for September 2022. Construction is progressing well, with joinery installation on the lower levels now underway, and glazing well advanced.

Space within the development is in high demand, with 43 of the 50 apartments now pre-sold, with a total value in excess of $20m. A large portion of the commercial space has also been pre-leased, reflecting the strength of the project.
