Banner are pleased to announce our Service Station & Convenience Store Property Fund has settled on an acquisition of a fund-through site in Bathurst, New South Wales.

The proposed development will include construction of a 7-Eleven service station, in addition to a Subway and Red Rooster. Agreements for lease are in place for each of the tenancies.
