We are pleased to announce our $200m+ Service Station & Convenience Store Property Fund (Banner SS&CS Fund) has completed a new 24/7 service station and convenience retail store in Mundingburra, just 5km south of the Townsville CBD. This project obtained approval in November 2021 and has an agreement for lease in place with 7-Eleven for a 12-year term, plus further options.
The development will provide a variety of products and services to the local community and with 24-hour operation, the store will offer convenience and accessibility to its customers.
We are proud to have brought this project to fruition and believe it will be a valuable addition to the Mundingburra community. We look forward to seeing this development have a positive impact on the area.
